Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules governing the use of Floxnix Technologies software applications, developer APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise network installations.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users and client organizations are strictly prohibited from using Floxnix platforms to:

• Conduct illegal activities, spamming, phishing, or unsolicited mass messaging.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or execute unauthorized automated scanning or penetration testing.
• Attempt to breach or bypass system authentication, access controls, or network firewalls.
• Harass, impersonate, or infringe upon the intellectual property or data privacy rights of others.

3. Enforcement & Remedies

Floxnix reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access, revoke API tokens, or report fraudulent activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities upon violation of this policy.
