Core Guarantee: Elite Caller does NOT upload or sell your personal address book or contact lists. All caller verification queries are processed on-device or against encrypted hash indexes to ensure total user privacy.
1. Information Processing & Permissions
- Caller Identification: Incoming phone numbers are matched against verified business directories and reported spam telemetry.
- Contacts Permission: Contact permissions are used strictly on your local device to display known contact names during incoming calls. Your address book is never uploaded or scraped.
- Spam Reporting: When you voluntarily flag a phone number as spam, only the reported number and category tag are transmitted to our anti-spam database.
2. Data Storage & Security
Elite Caller uses end-to-end HTTPS/TLS security protocols for server communication. Temporary lookup tokens expire immediately following the call lifecycle.
3. User Rights & Data Erasure
To request removal of your business listing or request deletion of any associated account records, please submit a request via our Data Deletion Request Portal or email info@floxnix.com.
