Purpose: The Scottlanders FC app is designed to connect players, fans, coaches, club officials, sponsors, and volunteers with Scottlanders FC through news, fixtures, team information, events, donations, and club communications.
1. Information Collected
- Account information: Name, email address, profile photo (if provided).
- User role: Fan, player, coach, administrator.
- Device information & preferences: Device model, OS version, and push notification preferences.
- Donation information: Payment transactions are handled securely by regulated third-party payment gateways; card numbers are not stored on our servers.
- App Performance: Anonymized crash reports and app metrics.
2. How Information is Used
- Create and manage user accounts and authorizations
- Deliver club news, match scores, and fixture notifications
- Display team rosters, player statistics, and club announcements
- Process voluntary club donations securely
- Improve application responsiveness and protect against unauthorized access
3. Information Sharing & Security
Scottlanders FC App and Floxnix Technologies do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Data is processed through secure cloud infrastructure (Firebase) with strict access controls and encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS).
4. Data Deletion & User Rights
